Bake Sale This Sunday
Our very own acolyte, Amelia Kozlowski, will host another bake sale on Sunday, August 16th after worship to benefit 2 charities: Teen Parent Connection in Glen Ellyn, which helps young parents, and DuPage County Animal Shelter.
In addition, if anyone would like to bring items to donate, Teen Parent Connection has noted that they can especially use adult soap, shampoo and cleaning supplies for the young parents, and the animal shelter can use soft or chewy treats, cleaning supplies such as disinfecting wipes and paper towels, and new or gently used small blankets, so if anyone wants to bring those items we will also have a box for donations!

Sewing Ministry Update
Our church has received a heartfelt thank you from the Midwest Mission for the 20 pillows we sent them this spring. You may remember that we were collecting money to buy pillows on line and have them delivered directly to the mission. Again your generosity has proven to be a big help to others

Love Your Neighbor Day
Saturday, September 19th
Love Your Neighbor Day will take place on Saturday, September 19 , 2026. Last year, 145 volunteers came together to help a total of 35 homeowners in need of assistance in Lombard and Villa Park in doing yard work and small repairs to the exterior of their homes. Help us by signing up! Anyone aged 11 and up is welcome to participate (children need parents present). Cluster Picnic
Join us for the gathering of churches from across our cluster area for an outdoor picnic! The date is Saturday, August 29th, from 12-3. There will be hot dogs and any other items folks choose to bring. We'll also have music and celebrate communion together. Join us!
Card Ministry
Check out the card rack in the back of the sanctuary. Cards are available for $2 each or $3 for 2. All proceeds go to Kids Above All! Thank you for supporting the Card Ministry!
